AerialPhotonics provides commercial unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) services including aerial mapping, multispectral imaging, and photogrammetry. All services are conducted in compliance with FAA regulations under Part 107 of the Federal Aviation Regulations.
Quote requests submitted through this website are non-binding inquiries. A formal service agreement will be provided prior to any scheduled flight operations. Pricing is subject to change based on site conditions, airspace requirements, and scope of work.
AerialPhotonics operates in full compliance with FAA Part 107 regulations. Clients are responsible for ensuring that requested flight operations are permissible on their property and do not violate any local ordinances, lease agreements, or other restrictions.
Data products delivered by AerialPhotonics are provided for the client's internal use. Redistribution or resale of deliverables without written consent is prohibited. AerialPhotonics retains the right to use anonymized project data for portfolio and marketing purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
AerialPhotonics' liability for any claim arising from services rendered shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages.
